TRAJECTORY
Grupo Vental PVC S.A. It was born through the purchase of the doors and windows division of the Durman company (Aliaxis Latinoamérica SA); which, in a change of internal objectives, as well as the definition of its target market, made the decision to separate it. This is how several former directors of Durman, due to their vision of the business and the experience of more than 45 years with the production of PVC materials, decided to acquire it. As of January 2015, the company Grupo Vental PVC S.A. was formally established, which has managed to innovate with the inclusion of 5 new brands in window-doors, as well as other finishes in glass, floors, ceilings and walls.
